feedback2code vs Feedbucket
Feedbucket collects feedback for people to work through. feedback2code hands each message to a coding agent and gives you a pull request. Which one you need depends on what your feedback looks like.

When Feedbucket is the better choice
- Clients should record a video or mark up a screenshot instead of writing.
- Feedback has to flow into the project management tool your agency already runs on.
- You have many client projects and want a flat price with unlimited projects.
When feedback2code is the better choice
- Your clients can say what they want in a sentence, and you would rather review a pull request than move a card.
- You want to try it on real client work without a trial clock: the free plan does not expire.
- Your sites are in GitHub and you already review changes there.
Using both
Both are aimed at agencies, at different points in a project. Feedbucket shines during build and review, when clients comment on layouts. feedback2code fits the maintenance phase, when the site is live and requests arrive one at a time.
What feedback2code does not do
- Feedback is text. There are no screenshots, annotations or video.
- The site's code has to be in a GitHub repository.
- There is no task board. Each submission has a status: coding, awaiting review, merged or failed.
- Nothing is merged automatically. Every change waits for your review.
The page on the website feedback widget describes how it works, what a submission contains and where the plan limits are.

Its pricing page on 1 October 2026 listed a 14-day free trial and no free plan. feedback2code has a free plan with 10 feedback submissions per 30 days.
Can clients send screenshots with feedback2code?
No. Feedback is written text. The widget also records the address of the page it was sent from.
