# feedback2code > Feedback automation that turns user reports into code. Embed a widget on your site, collect bug reports and ideas, and let an AI coding agent open GitHub pull requests you review before anything ships. feedback2code is a feedback automation tool for freelancers and agencies who build and maintain websites for clients. You embed one script tag on a site, your client or users describe what should change in plain English, and an AI coding agent implements the change in an isolated sandbox and opens a GitHub Pull Request for you to review and merge. Nothing is merged automatically. ## How it works 1. Embed the widget — add a single async script tag to the site. 2. Users leave feedback — submissions appear in your dashboard in real time. 3. The AI agent opens a PR — it clones your repo in a secure E2B sandbox, implements the change, and opens a Pull Request on GitHub for human review. ## Pricing - Free — $0/month. 10 feedback submissions per 30 days. AI agent with sandbox execution, automatic Pull Requests, email notifications, unlimited repositories. No credit card required. - Pro — $20/month. 100 feedback submissions per 30 days. For active projects needing consistent automated changes. - Enterprise — custom pricing. SSO/SAML, audit logs, custom SLAs, self-hosted inference and private model deployments. ## Key facts - The coding agent runs on OpenCode with MiniMax-M3, an open source model. - The sandbox has no public internet access. - The agent cannot push to production; every change is a Pull Request. - Public and private GitHub repositories are both supported. - Any language that runs on Linux is supported. - Sign-in is via GitHub. - Feedback is written text of up to 2,000 characters. There are no screenshots, annotations or session recordings. - The source code is public on GitHub for reference. The licence is proprietary: feedback2code is not open source and cannot be self-hosted. ## FAQ ### Who is feedback2code for? Freelancers and agencies who build and maintain sites for clients. Your client leaves feedback on their live site, and it becomes a Pull Request in your repo that you review and merge. If you deliver client work on GitHub, it's built for you — it also works great for SaaS products, docs sites, and internal tools. ### Does the sandbox have internet access? No. It stays off the public internet, so there is no web browsing or arbitrary outbound access. ### Which LLM does the agent use? The coding agent runs on OpenCode with MiniMax-M3, an open source model. Model selection will be configurable on higher tiers later. ### What happens if the agent makes a bad change? Nothing ships without your approval. The agent does not have direct git access to push straight to production. Every change becomes a Pull Request on GitHub that you review and merge (or close). You always have the final say. The agent also follows your custom instructions if you provide them. ### Which languages and frameworks are supported? If it runs on Linux, it works. The sandbox supports JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Ruby, Go, Rust, and more. It can install packages, use browsers, and run terminal commands just like a real developer would. ### Can I customize the widget appearance? The widget auto-detects light and dark mode. It uses a monospace terminal aesthetic that works well with most sites. Custom theming options are coming soon. ### Can I use this for private repositories? Yes! The GitHub App integration supports both public and private repositories. Just grant access during the installation flow. ## Product - [Website feedback widget](https://www.feedback2code.dev/website-feedback-widget) - [Install guides](https://www.feedback2code.dev/integrations) - [Feedback tools compared](https://www.feedback2code.dev/alternatives) ## Install guides - [Next.js feedback widget](https://www.feedback2code.dev/integrations/nextjs) - [React feedback widget](https://www.feedback2code.dev/integrations/react) - [Vue and Nuxt feedback widget](https://www.feedback2code.dev/integrations/vue-nuxt) - [Astro feedback widget](https://www.feedback2code.dev/integrations/astro) - [Static HTML feedback widget](https://www.feedback2code.dev/integrations/html) - [WordPress feedback widget](https://www.feedback2code.dev/integrations/wordpress) - [Shopify feedback widget](https://www.feedback2code.dev/integrations/shopify) ## Compare - [BugHerd alternative](https://www.feedback2code.dev/alternatives/bugherd) - [Marker.io alternative](https://www.feedback2code.dev/alternatives/marker-io) - [Userback alternative](https://www.feedback2code.dev/alternatives/userback) - [Usersnap alternative](https://www.feedback2code.dev/alternatives/usersnap) - [Feedbucket alternative](https://www.feedback2code.dev/alternatives/feedbucket) ## Links - Home: https://www.feedback2code.dev/ - Legal & contact: https://www.feedback2code.dev/legal - https://www.linkedin.com/company/112358181 - https://github.com/ezzcodeezzlife/feedback2code.dev
